The last coverage for iOS 5 SDK revealed that iOS 5 supported devices will allow over-the-air delta software updates on 3G networks. When Apple published the new OTA updates features of iOS 5 at WWDC 2011, it didn't actually mention the ability to do this on 3G networks, but now it is confirmed.

Members of Chronic Dev Team has just released Greenpois0n RC5.4 for Mac OS X that allows you to jailbreak Verizon iPhone 4 for life. The team has posted an image of jailbroken CDMA iPhone on Verizon network which clearly shows Cydia running on it.
