DailyBooth Revamps iPhone App with New Design and Features

DailyBooth, the photo-sharing startup with a focus on faces, is out with version 2.0 of its iPhone app. The update is a complete rewrite and redesign from the original and includes a live feed of photos, full profile information and messaging support.


The refreshed application also brings with it a 3-second timer for snapping photos, integration with Facebook () and Twitter , username search, improved friend finding capabilities and photo ghosting.

Facebook for iPhone 3.2.3 Brings Improvements and Bug Fixes

Facebook for iPhone 3.2 was released last month to bring Facebook Places feature for mobile iPhones then followed by 3.2.1 to fix some bugs and 3.2.2 to fix login issues on jailbroken devices. FoldersInFolders is a new tweak available on Cydia, the new tweak will essentially create Folders within other, it will allows you to take better control of your SpringBoard’s folders by organizing your applications in subsections.

HDR Camera Enabler Brings HDR Photos to iPhone 3GS, 3G

The app is known by "Tweetie" for iPhone. As it reports, many users started to notice the generic iOS notification asking them to turn on push notifications for Twitter’s official iPhone client.

Auto3G, Extends your iPhone’s Battery Life by Automatically Turning Off 3G [Update x1]

Auto3G is a simple tweak in Cydia that increases your iPhone's battery life by turning off 3G raido (leaving 2G radio on) when you don't need it automatically. In brief, it turns off your 3G radio when your iPhone in standby, turns on when you unlock it.

This tweak is really useful in saving battery life as Apple explains "iPhone 4 offers up to 7 hours of talk time on 3G, 14 hours of talk time on 2G, 6 hours of Internet use on 3G" so this tweak may doubles your battery life. Auto3G is available in Cydia for $5.00 via Big Boss repo.

Update 1: A new update has just released for the Auto3G app, it was updated to version 1.3, here is the changelog:

-Fixed problems with the activation process.
-Fixed issue where the tweaks 3G network by blocking the switch to 2G, 3G when that is not available.
