Compared to two weeks ago, the percentage has increased by one point, as among other things already happened in the past. This means that the spread of IOS 9 has now reached maturity and is set to slow down soon. It remains to be seen whether iOS 9 will still have soared after the Christmas holidays.

Meanwhile, iOS 8 passes from 22% to 21%.
