With the third beta of OS X 10.11.4, Apple has fixed a bug with links shortened in Safari

With the third beta version of OS X 10.11.4, Apple has corrected a problem at the Safari browser which manifested itself trying to load content from shortened links.

To confirm it was a developer via Twitter. The bug does not allow you to open links "HTTPS-secured" with esensione t.co.

Users have started experiencing this issue since last year. The only ways to get around it was to clean up the Safari cache, delete "HTTPS" from the URL or try to click the link repeatedly.
