For a sixth consecutive time, Apple ranks highest among manufacturers of smartphones in customer satisfaction. Apple achieves a score of 838 and performs well in all factors, particularly in ease of operation and features.

JDPower often conducts such surveys in order to find out what product is most appealing to the vast majority of customers. Apart from the fact that the iPhone has received an exponentially high rating, this happens to be the sixth consecutive time the iPhone has been the only device to live up to customers satisfaction. This shows that all hard work that Apple puts in their device actually pays off.

And it is about to get only better for Apple and the iPhone considering the fact that the iPhone 5 release is very near. Later next month Apple will release their iPhone 5 only to revolutionize the smartphone industry once again. We can't wait for the iPhone 5 and we know that most of you also can't.
