Apple releases Safari 9.0 for users of OS X Mavericks and Yosemite

Before the official release of OS X El Capitan, the latest operating system from Apple, the company has released Safari 9.0 for OS X users Yosemite. According to Apple, today's update to all users of OS X Yosemite is recommended because it includes improvements in privacy, compatibility and security.



Safari 9.0

The Safari 9.0 update adds features specific to OS X as the new Captain mute function Safari tabs and additional display options for the reader. The new "pinned sites", a major addition to Safari in OS X Captain, is not yet included on this Safari 9.0 for Yosemite and Mavericks.
