Apple released the third beta of iOS 9.1 to developers

Apple has just released the third beta of iOS 9.1 to developers for testing purposes, three weeks after launching the first beta of iOS 9.1 after "Hey Siri" event and a week after launching iOS 9.0.1, the first update less iOS 9.
