Mortal Kombat X was the game for most installed iOS in April

The mobile version of Mortal Kombat X was launched in April for iPhone and iPad, and a month later Android devices were also given free application. The game brings features such as online battle mode between teams, Factions War and fighting to compete on the rank.

And by challenging opponents games in number of downloads from the App Store that period, the Mortal Kombat was the winner.

Violent and new iOS game in the franchise was the most installed in April among others for Apple devices, according to the site App Annie, which tracks such statistics. The Mortal Kombat surpassed even mega-hits like Candy Crush Saga and Slash of Clans. Fast & Furious: Legacy also gained some prominence in the list, some jumping up thanks to new content based on the seventh film in the series positions.

While it is somewhat simpler than the game for console and PC, Mortal Kombat X used an interesting strategy. With the app you can unlock content for Xbox and desktop, which certainly contributed in the amount of downloads. App Annie points out that this functionality is not new in games of Warner Bross.

However, the Mortal Kombat X, with all its mutilations and pieces of scattered bodies, App Annie is not in the list of 10 games that generated more revenue in the App Store. In terms of income, the Clash of Clans still remains at the top.
