Well, as shown in the image below, we can find the first design for iPhone since 1983. Hartmut Esslinger was the responsible for it's design and the design of Apple II. let's check the image after the jump.

In 1982 he entered into an exclusive $1,000,000 per year contract with Apple Computer to create a design strategy which transformed Apple from a “Silicon Valley Start-Up” into a global brand. Setting up shop in California for the first time, Esslinger and Frogdesign created the “Snow White design language” which was applied to all Apple product lines from 1984 to 1990, commencing with the Apple IIc and including the Macintosh computer.”

One thing which can be assumed from this image is that Apple was already working for a touch interface device. But at that time, About 24 years ago from the release of the iPhone 2G, that device had Stylus. Which is removed from the 2007's iPhone.

Steve jobs the Ceo and giant man behind idevices has launched iPhone on 2007 for the first time.  it was one of the revolutionary product in the tech industry. Because it was the first device having Multi touch, iPod and was without Stylus. The design of that iPhone was also the finest design. However, the redesigned iPhone, iPhone 4 has still one of the best designs in the SmartPhone industry.
