To jailbreak iPad 2 running on iOS 4.3.2 - 4.3.1 - 4.3 with JailbreakMe 3.0 you have to upgrade your iPad 2 to iOS 4.3.3 to be jailbreakable with JailbreakMe 3.0.

Required Downloads :

• Download iOS 4.3.3 for iPad 2.
• Download iTunes 10.4.1 (Windows / Mac)

Step 1: Install iTunes on your iPad 2

Step 2: Connect your iPad 2 to your computer via USB and iTunes, hold [Alt in Mac] or [Shift in Windows] and click on the 'restore' button then point it to iOS 4.3.3 file you download above. Wait for between 10 and 15 minutes for the new OS to be moved over.
