iOS 9 resolution reveals iPad tablet Pro

Developer Hiraku Wang has published some interesting information about the next tablet that Apple is preparing this year, iPad Pro, found in the source code of the new operating system, iOS 9 beta 1 released by the Cupertino company on 8 June, immediately after WWDC 2015 conference ends which were presented, besides iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan, Watch 2 and Apple Music. Read more after the jump.

Thus, it appears that iOS 9 is so designed as to be compatible and run even on a device with screen resolution of 2732 × 2048 pixels and a pixel density of 264. That gives us to understand, given that no another device does not have this resolution at this time, that Apple really is preparing a new tablet, so called generic or iPad Pro Plus.

The above information coincided with a report published by DisplaySearch those from the January in which they claimed that Apple is testing a tablet screen with a resolution of 2732 × exact same 2,048 pixels and 256 PPI.

Current models iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air and iPad Air 2 has a 9.7 inch screen with a pixel density of 256 all, so it would make sense for Apple iPad Pro include in the future a higher resolution screen, but the same PPI. Specifically, if the screen on iPad Pro will have 2,048 pixels × 2732 resolution, this means a 12.93 inch diagonal.

A few days ago still find very interesting information about the iOS 9 virtual keyboard, which also gives us some clues about the iPad Pro. The source code for the new operating system contains a keyboard that can automatically adjust to a larger screen, repositioned its keys is to cover all the remaining space free.

The new iPad Pro, if it really will be released by Apple, will have, in addition to the 12.9 inch screen and Touch Technology Force, A9x processor, NFC chip, USB port and perhaps a stylus-C will operate under a Bluetooth connectivity.
