iPad 3 Will Be Released In 2012

We have received some information from many sources that Apple has started trial production of the iPad 3 and will formally announce their third generation tablet in 2012. This time, the new iPad will come boasting a fabulous Retina Display.

The WSJ reports, citing people familiar with the matter:
The next generation iPad is expected to feature a high resolution display - 2048 by 1536 compared with 1024 by 768 in the iPad 2 - and Apple's suppliers have already shipped small quantities of components for the sampling of the iPad 3. Suppliers said Apple has placed orders for a 9.7-inch screen device.
Apple has released the iPad 2 earlier this year in March. The second generation iPad was an amazing improvement over the first iPad. It was drastically thinner, lighter and came with dual cameras, a faster processor and more ram. Clearly, the iPad 2 trumps all the competition in the market right now.

It has also been reported that Apple has ordered about 1.5 million iPad 3 units for its internal testing and trial manufacturing. We can only speculate as to what innovation Apple will do in its third generation tablet. As far as the iPad 3 release is concerned, that has been slated for early 2012, possibly in March.
