Flare is a new app which debuted on the iTunes App Store and it claims to enable HDR video recording on your iPhone 4. Not only does it let you shoot HDR videos, it also allows you to share them on your favorite social networks online.

Apple introduced HDR for iOS devices when it first launched iOS 4.1, however the iDevices were only good for taking HDR stills whereas there was no way to shoot HDR video. Thankfully, Flare app fills that gap.
