Download Opera 11.01 For Mac OS X

The Opera developer has just announced through his blog, that Opera 11.01 is available for download supporting platforms the release of Opera 11.01 focuses on security as noted by Adam Minchinton  the mac Opera developer.

What's new in this version : 

User interface

Improved
- Translation updates added throughout the UI
- Added Opera Portable/USB for Mac and single profile

Display and scripting

Improved
- Exposed the widget object to extension scripts

Mail, news, chat

Improved
- Updated the HushMail mailproviders entry
- Added MobileMe Mail-me.com-to mail providers
- Now possible to open the mail panel as a tab when only using feeds
- The appearance of the signature editor
- HTML replying and forwarding format

Security-wise, Opera devs have enabled the "Mac OS File Quarantine," according to the documentation for Opera 11.01.
