CallLock Solves iPhone 4 Proximity Sensor Woes by Locking iPhone Screen During a Call [Jailbreak App]

CallLock is really handy tweak that locks your iPhone screen during a phone call to prevent from accidentlly pressing buttons that may dial, hold, or hangup a phone call by mistake. This tweak is very useful for iPhone 4 users who have a faulty proximity sensor in their devices.

To enjoy this tweak, your device must be jailbroken on iOS 4.x, follow our guide posted here to jailbreak iOS 4.2.1 or use Limera1n iOS 4.1 jailbreak. Once jailbroken, navigate to Cydia and purchase CallLock for $0.99 from the Cydia Store.

CallLock will override the default action of Power button during a call to lock the screen instead of the normal end call action. You can also enable CallLock automatically from inside your Seetings app so that no new icons will be added to your home screen and will automatically lock your screen as soon as a incoming or outgoing call is connected. So, does this handy tweak really solves proximity sensor woes in iPhone 4?
