Apple opened in Dubai the world's largest Apple Store [Video]

October 29 Apple opened the world's largest Apple Store. Outlet was launched in Dubai - the largest city in the United Arab Emirates. However, it will start the Apple Store in Abu Dhabi. According to the head of department of retail and online Apple's sales Angela Ahrendts, Apple Store employees are ready to serve customers in 26 languages.

After last year's meeting, Apple CEO Tim Cook with the leadership of the United Arab Emirates in the press talking about the opening of the first retail store of the American company in the Middle East. Permission to open stores from the UAE authorities was received in August this year. The delay in the launch of Apple Store has been associated with local laws.



Apple Store is located in the shopping center Mall of the Emirates - on the second floor section Fashion District from the main entrance. Trade area is about 50,000 square feet (4645 sq. Meters), which is 20% more than the largest currently Corporation retail store in London's Covent Garden (on three floors).



The area of the whole complex of Mall of the Emirates reached 2.4 million square feet (about 223,000 sq. Meters), which are located more than 700 shops, two 5-star hotel and a private ski resort.



Apple products are in high demand in the UAE, and often appears at the informal dealers before the official presentation. According to media reports, the second Apple Store in the country will be opened in the capital Abu Dhabi, in the shopping center Yas Mall.
