Apple is working on a waterproof device

Apple has required the approval of a patent covering a method for sealing the internal components of a device. The request was made last year but only now made public, does not mention specific devices, but iPhone would undoubtedly be the most logical candidate.

And  now well known that Apple delivered many patents, but only few are confirmed publicly. But given the different high-end smartphones Android waterproof , and given the serious damage that water can cause in iPhone, this patent could be perhaps the most important.

Rather than make the waterproof case, the Apple describes away to waterproof the internal components of a device incorporating a hydrophobic coating with shields electromagnetic interference to protect sensitive electronic components. This could prove a better idea of the total impermeability of the case, which could compromise the design of a smartphone.
