Here's a look at how to install a jailbreak app called SBSettings that'll let you swipe on your home screen and bring up a quick settings panel.

SBSettings is theme-able and extensible, too, so you can search Cydia for additional themes and plug-ins to make it look and function the way you want.

- Search for SBSettings in Cydia and install it. HERE.
- Allow Cydia to restart SpringBoard.
- When Springboard has started up, swipe from left to right across the status bar on your iOS device. You'll see a settings panel appear and you can change any of those settings easily.
- Tap the "X" in the corner to close the SBSettings panel.
