How To Jailbreak iPhone 4S & iPad 2 iOS 5.0.1 Untethered With CLI Greenpois0n Absinthe [ Windows ]

Well, yesterday p0sixninja our great developer behind Chronic Dev-Team has ended a great work and he has released Greenpoison Absinthe to jailbreak iOS 5.0.1 untethered on iPhone 4S and iPad 2 and generally all A5 devices. Greenpois0n Absinthe is available now for Mac. It will be available for Windows on next hours god willing. We will show you a new trick for Windows users to jailbreak their iPhone 4S or iPad 2 on iOS 5.0.1. Follow our guide after the jump.

iPhone dev team presented a new tool called CLI "Command Line Interface" for Windows users. CLI will allow you to jailbreak your iPhone 4S and iPad 2 on iOS 5.0.1 untethered.


Supported device with Greenpois0n Absinthe :

• iPhone 4S running iOS 5.0 or 5.0.1 [ 9A405 and 9A406 ]
• iPad 2 Wifi/GSM/CDMA running iOS 5.0.1

How To Use Greenpoison Absinthe To Jailbreak iPhone 4S & iPad 2 iOS 5.0.1 Untethered [ Windows ] :

1st  Step: Download CLI Absinthe for Windows -- Click Here.

2nd Step: Open the downloaded zip file into your C:\

3rd Step: Open Start menu, click on "run" and type cmd.exe

4th Step: In the command window, type: CD C:\cinject_0.4.3 as shown to get into the required folder.

5th Step: Now, execute CLI. Do this by typing: cinject.exe -i payloads/jailbreak.mobileconfig

6th Step: Now execute cinject.exe -j payloads and wait for the backup.

7th Step: Finally execute the command cinject.exe -w

8th Step: Once completed, you should see an Absinthe icon on the Home screen. Tap the Absinthe icon, it will open GreenPois0n site, and will then reboot your device. Once it loads again, the Cydia icon will have replaced the Absinthe icon. Non enjoy your iPhone 4S / iPad 2 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak.

Important Notes: You can use this trick to jailbreak your iPhone 4S or iPad 2 on iOS 5.0.1. It's better for you to wait for Greenpoison Absinthe to be released officially for Windows and Linux.
