With a new page on its website Apple has shared some tips to ensure that you have an authentic version of the Lightning connector.

As we have already had occasion to observe in the past Apple is very careful to point out how important the use of original accessories and certified with their iOS devices and Mac. In this sense, the California-based company has posted on its website a new page just this purpose.

The new page, available here, is intended to help users recognize if your connector Lightning is original or not and if it is safe to use with your iPhone or iPad. Inside the Apple page offers some practical suggestions to understand the authenticity of a Lightning connector, providing images with which to compare a connector authentic or counterfeit.
