How To Install Cydia On iOS 6 With Your Jailbroken iDevices

Well, we have reported you previously about iOS 6 beta 2. Apple has released iOS 6 with many new amazing and impressive features 3D maps and more. Apple has launched iOS 6 for devlopers only but we have showed you a new method to install iOS 6 without devloper account and without activating your device on UDID. There are some problems will appear after you jailbroke iOS 6 on some devices like iPod touch 4G, iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS. You may lose some of iOS 6 amazing features but the hackers and developers presented some updates and a new tethered jailbreak to solve these problems. The only thing missing from this jailbreak was the fact that there were no GUI tools like Cydia, and it only supported SSH and afc2. But since it supports SSH, you can use Cydia on the jailbroken iOS 6, so we will show you how to get rid of the problem with this easily step by step guide.

How To Install Cydia On Your Jailbroken iDevices :

Step 1: Now, the first step is to have a jailbroken device that has iOS 6 on it, if you haven’t gotten around to jailbreaking it, you can read our step by step guide on how to jailbreak iOS 6. Read that and then come over to this guide for Cydia.
Step 2: You will then need to have access to a Wi-Fi network in order to SSH into your device. You can use coda or any another SSH tool on your mac to do so. If you are a windows user then you can use the putty tool. The username will be the IP address of your device, and so the username will be ‘root’ while the password is ‘alpine’.
Step 3: Once you are logged in, just copy and paste the following command through SSH:
wget -q -O /tmp/cyinstall.sh http://wyndrepo.googlecode.com/files/cyinstall.sh && chmod 755 /tmp/cyinstall.sh && /tmp/cyinstall.sh
Step 4: Press enter and then return, now it’s all up to the program to do the rest of the job. Your device will automatically re-spring and you will have Cydia on your home screen.
